I’m Sebastian Straciug, an entrepreneur and Augmented Leadership Strategist with more than two decades of experience across technology, business and professional education.
From building software
to examining leadership.
I founded my first company in 2004 after studying Computer Science. My background spans software development, IT consulting, project management and professional education.
Across my training programs, I have reached more than 11,000 unique participants.
My current work explores how leaders connect human judgment and artificial intelligence across decisions, responsibility and organizational design. The question that connects it is simple: who decides when AI can decide?

The direction is from AI adoption to organizational augmentation: connecting the tools an organization introduces with the decisions, roles and responsibilities that shape how those tools are used.
The Augmenter is the intellectual umbrella for this work. Human × AI is its signature perspective; Augmented Leadership is its central category.
I write about leadership and judgment, Human × AI Decision Rights, Augmented Organization, and the choices involved in building systems that connect intelligence with execution.
